Elements Surrey at a glance

Elements Casino Surrey shows full rays Friday to Sunday, long weekday rays for its 10 AM to 4 AM floor, and a dashed, unstated Monday start. A ring of table arcs sits inside, one rim dot marks simulcast racing, and the large glyph uses only the facts below.

Reading the marks

Monday's ray sits at the top, and the floor opens at 10 AM. Its first hours are dashed. Elements lists Sunday as 24 hours and Monday from 10 AM, but does not say whether the floor stays open past midnight. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday rays start at 10 AM and also carry the hours up to 4 AM from the night before. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are full rays of 24 hours each.

The inner ring is not empty, because table hours are published. Its arcs run from 10 AM to 1 AM Sunday to Thursday, and from 10 AM to 3 AM on Friday and Saturday.

At the rim, one of the four dots is filled: simulcast racing, since a lineup is still published for the casino. The poker dot is hollow, as Elements has no poker room. No hotel appears in the facts, so that dot is hollow too. Transit is hollow as well, with no SkyTrain station or bus exchange within 1 km.

Next to Starlight

Starlight Casino New Westminster sits 18.4 km from Elements in a straight line. Its glyph has seven full rays and no dashes, since its floor is open 24 hours a day. On the Elements glyph, Friday to Sunday are the full rays. The Starlight ring is empty: it publishes no separate table hours, while the Elements ring has an arc for every day.

Laid over each other, the two glyphs differ at the poker dot: filled for Starlight's seven-table room, hollow for Elements. Both racebook dots stay filled, and both hotel dots stay hollow. Transit matches too, since Starlight's nearest SkyTrain station, 22nd Street, is 1.6 km away.

Off the glyph

The floor holds more than 500 slots and electronic table games, plus 10 live table games. Blackjack, Four Card Poker, baccarat and roulette are among them.

A buffet restaurant serves an all-you-can-eat buffet on weekends, and Foodies is also listed. Elements Bar opens on Friday and Saturday nights, with comedy and live music every week.

Great Canadian Entertainment runs the casino, open since November 2005. On March 9, 2026 it agreed to sell Elements to the Se-mi-ah-mu Development Corporation of Semiahmoo First Nation. Harness racing at Fraser Downs, next door, ended on August 15, 2025, and the track has since been torn down.

At the door

Elements Casino Surrey is at 17755 60 Ave, Surrey, and its phone number is 604-576-9141. Entry is for adults 19 or older. Everyone shows government-issued photo ID at the door, and security scans it against the list of people restricted from entering.

Transit stays a hollow dot. King George Station, the nearest SkyTrain station, is 11.4 km away, and Starlight Casino New Westminster is 18.4 km away. Both are straight lines between map coordinates, not driving or walking distances.

Questions about the marks

Why is the start of the Monday ray dashed?

Elements lists Sunday as 24 hours and Monday from 10 AM. It does not say whether the floor stays open past midnight into Monday morning, so those first hours are drawn dashed. Holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own site.

Is there a poker room at Elements Casino Surrey?

Elements has no poker room, so the poker dot is hollow. Its 10 live table games do include Four Card Poker.

Is there a SkyTrain station nearby?

No transit hub lies within 1 km, so that dot is hollow. The nearest SkyTrain station is King George Station, 11.4 km away in a straight line.
